By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the t300 platform (including the website and mobile app), you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are required to stop using the t300 platform immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the operator of the t300 platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes to these Terms will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
The t300 platform may only be used by individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who are legally eligible to enter into binding agreements within their local jurisdiction. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.
To use paid services on t300, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. The information requested includes your full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid phone number. You are fully responsible for ensuring that the information provided remains accurate at all times.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. You are responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. t300 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you are required to notify the t300 support team immediately by email at [email protected].
Users of the t300 platform agree not to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations. The following specific prohibitions apply:
T300 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating the relevant account without prior notice.
All transactions on the t300 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods include FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and DuitNow. t300 does not accept payment in foreign currencies and does not cover any currency conversion costs.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, you are required to complete the identity verification (KYC) process. Documents that may be required include a copy of a valid national ID or passport. t300 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until identity verification has been fully completed.
Deposits are typically processed within two to five minutes depending on your chosen payment method. Withdrawals generally take between one and three business days. t300 is not responsible for any delays caused by financial institutions or third-party payment providers.
T300 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses incurred through gameplay. Users acknowledge that all games and bets carry financial risk, which is borne entirely by the user.
All content on the t300 platform — including logos, text, graphics, interfaces, software code, and brand names — is the property of t300 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, or use any such content without written consent from t300.
The t300 platform may contain references to third-party services such as payment providers. t300 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Users interact with third-party services at their own risk.
T300 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraud, illegal activity, or harmful use. In cases of confirmed fraud, t300 reserves the right to withhold the relevant account balance while an investigation is carried out.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the t300 support team by email. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user once the identity verification process has been completed.
T300 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through the appropriate Malaysian courts.
